Relaxation When you are stressed, your muscles often get tense, which can cause aches and pains. Some people find that it helps them to relax by visualising a peaceful place. Imagine yourself being there and relax. Meditation may help for stress relief. You may also help relieve tension by setting aside some 'me time'. if possible. Spend some time doing something for you, read your favourite book, go for a walk, take some tome out - be kind to yourself.
