Purely and simply about holistic complementary therapy

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I began working with complementary therapies in 1997 when I trained with the AoR as a Reflexologist. I then went on to train in other therapies but now only offer reflexology. Formally I had worked with a local voluntary bereavement care service as a counsellor and a local authority trauma support service. I have a subsequent interest  in the relationship between the mind and body, (ie) in the possible benefits of relaxation therapies for tense people.

I believe that it is very important not to lose sight of the fundamental principles of complementary therapy; which is to treat the person and not the presenting symptoms. I try to make my practice as simple as possible and focus purely on attempting to relax and balance the client. I live in Smallfield Surrey. I offer reflexology around Smallfield Horley.
